Using a GUI or chmod, give the user executable permissions on the picohot file (e.g. chmod u+x picohot)
Run the game (either with a custom .desktop file or typing ./picohot in the terminal)
If you’re having trouble launching the game and need to debug this, then I think you’re out of luck because I haven’t got any terminal output from it yet. Fwiw I’m on Fedora 40.
Remember SUPERHOT, the “time moves when you do” super creative FPS that turned also into a smash-hit in VR? Tarkovsky sure did, as they should, being three of the OG SUPERHOT developers, having turned the game into an 8-bit pixel-delight. It’s every bit as addicting as the original!
